| Do I have FTP access for my website builder? |
No. The WSB (Website Builder) is a template based wizard which creates a simple website for you online. Therefore you cannot upload or download these files. The primary uses for a WSB website would be for an informational website or a simple site for the novice users who wish to have a presence on the web. Please consult our Hosting section if you need an actual server hosting account. |

| Are there pop up ads or other advertisments on my WSB (Website Builder) webpage? |
We do not place any sort of ad banners or pop ups on your Website Builder page. The website that you create is yours, and has no connection to Nameway® other than Nameway® being the web host. Most companies who offer a free web page will display ads on your website in order to pay for the cost of hosting your website. Since our Website Builder does not offer any actual web space there are no hosting charged to cover. |

| If you host my domain name, do you also host my web site? |
Your domain has be hosted on a name server so that when someone types your domain name into a browser, it goes there first to look up information about the domain. From there, the domain name "points" to your web site, which is usually hosted on another server. We now offer a free service called "Web Site Builder" which allows you to build a web site and host it on our servers. This is included free with the registration of your domain name. If you opt to use our web site builder template, we are hosting both your domain name and your web site. Please consult our Hosting section if you need an actual server hosting account. |

| What are the photo size limits when building my site using your Web Site Bulder? |
Depending on which template you choose for your web site, there are two different photo sizes that may be used. Photos larger than these specifications will be reduced in size after uploading to fit the specifications, and this may cause the photo to look uneven or "squished." It is always best to use your own photo editing software to be sure that the picture fits these specifications before uploading so that you can control the final outcome. The two possible photo sizes are as follows: 250 x 180 pixels The sample photo shown when you begin building your site should indicate which of these files sizes is appropriate to the template you have chosen. |

| I have created a web site using your Web Site Builder but when I go to my domain name there is no web site displayed. |
It is possible that the URL forwarding record automatically created when you enable the WSB has been altered or removed. This record is necessary to point your domain name to the space on our servers where your WSB site is stored. To re-enter the URL forwarding record for your WSB site you'll first need to know the site's location on our servers. Here is how you can find this: Log in to your account. From the menu at the left, select "domain names" and then
"my domains". Once you are in the domain's control panel, scroll down to the Web
Site Builder section and click the configure button. Now that you have found the location of your web site builder site,
you'll need to enter the URL forwarding record to point your domain. Locate the DNS Settings (zone file) section on this page and click the Configure button. On the next page you'll enter your URL forwarding information. In most cases, use the pre-created Line 1 "www")and Line 2 "@ (none)" records. Under Record Type, select "URL Frame". In the Address box, simply put the URLaddress that you copied for your WSB site. Click "Save Changes" and you're all done! This change is usually immediate, but can take up to 24 hours to take effect. |

| I have more than one domain using web site builder. I can't distinguish which information requests are for which domain. What should I do? |
You may want to set them up to send an email to different addresses. You can change the email address by going to the web site builder you wish to edit and clicking the ABOUT ME link at the left. By changing this email address you will change where those information requests for that particular domain are sent. |

| Website Builder error received: Unable to go to web site builder. WSG login validated successfully. |
This error may be a result of a domain that was pushed to a new account. When you push a domain into another account, this disables the website builder feature. We need to reactivate this option in the new account. This will completely restore all previously entered information of this website and all text, pictures and work will be recovered. Please submit a ticket via our support website. Please include your domain name, the login name where the domain resides now, and ask us to re-enable the website builder option. We'll reply back when this is complete. |
